Hi I'm Jo Hooper

And I live a kinda unconventional life.

I’m child free by choice, unmarried by choice and live in a long term house sit with four cats and a dog in the middle of farmland in West Wales.

I am DONE with the b*llsh*t rules the world wants us to live by.

I work ‘short days,’ I reschedule stuff when I want, I only work with 8 clients at a time, I have strong boundaries and I’m not afraid to say them.

I’m proud to hold radically non-judgemental spaces and ask laser focused questions that get right to the heart of what you’re thinking and feeling.

I also listen to the Harry Potter audio books to get to sleep (hello anxiety!), eat like a middle aged white van man (toasties over quinoa) and am 5 ft 1/2 inch tall (I’m miniscule).
