Hi, I’m Jo.
A freedom coach and a right wee rebel based in West Wales.
I’ve gone from being so tightly shackled to the way we’re ‘supposed to work’ that it gave me 2 breakdowns in 18 months; to running a wildly free business that only adheres to the rules I make.
Now I help people defy the rules, create their own freedom and live a bloody great life.
